W&HM: What is the most inspiring quote or saying to you that can share with us?
Ingrid: The difference between CAN and CANNOT is only three letters that determine your life's direction. Which direction do you choose?

W&HM: Very cool! How about some thoughts about relationship... what success factors do you think are most important?
Ingrid: trust, respect,love,honesty and a lot of kindess …

W&HM: Nice! Concise and to the key points!! :-) Now do you follow any kind of sports? Do you play any?
Ingrid: I consider my competitions a sport as I have to train really hard and be very strict with my diet Fitness models represent unbelievable discipline and work ethic and I do follow sports..all of them! specially soccer,football and basketball

W&HM: How do you like modeling and entering competitions?
Ingrid: I love modeling and I started when I was 11 years old, and I knew from a young child that I loved to be in front of the camera. As an adult I continued modeling but I found my passion for fitness about a year ago. I have a friend who has competed for years. She taught me into doing a competition. I started working with a trainer and changed my eating habits.I loved the way my body responded so I stepped on stage in my first show in October 2010 feeling great and the rest is history!

W&HM: What advice would you wish that you got when you first started the modeling path?
Ingrid: Well I can tell you there is never a dull moment in this industry. First you must know that you have a passion for this. You have to give this career a 110% of you. In this industry you have to be a go getter. Last but not least you need to make sure you network and get your name out there. Talk to people, make sure they know who you are and just be a good person. A good person that has a great work ethic is hard to pass up. If you posses those two things you have a great shot at success.

W&HM: These are such wonderful advice!! Totally fantastic!! Totally different topic... do you have any pets? What are the most fun activities you do with them?
Ingrid: yes!! I have 4 dogs, 2 horses and 5 lizards!!! probably working in a zoo will be my dream job!!:) I do everything with my dogs, I go to the beach,mountain,running...

W&HM: What would you like to say to your fans out there?
Ingrid: You guys are amazing and it still sounds funny to me to say " My Fans" but your support has been amazing. Thank you soo much and this amazing journey has just begun so stay tuned :) My most memorable experience was getting my first email from a fan in my home country of Spain, I'm grateful for all of my fans but when I realized I was reaching people back home and I was an inspiration to others it really made me feel proud…. I want to say THANK YOU for begin there you guys help me to keep working hard for my dreams!
